JSS Problem - Failed Transaction
I have decided to type about my last problem with JBP (JSS) website. I didn't find any information about similar problem in the work space when i google searched. That's why it motivated me to share my little problem and how i solved it.
First i made a Transaction for as little as 5.6$, because i needed exactly 5.6$ to buy my next position in JSS Tripler. When i realised that i didn't get credited in JBP main account it was very strange. I was confused because my AlertPay already completed the transfer but i was not credited in JBP main account.
Then i have decided to contact my sponsor (always contact people with more experience), he said that not such problem is seen so far as he know.
Then i opened a ticket to the JBP. Read down the ticket replies.
After all i have received my funds back.
